看到新闻一则18岁中学生在家中遭人泼硫酸被毁容

“时东旭出事后，他的班主任立即来到医院看望，并出具了一个中小学生意外伤害保险的证明，本以为可“雪中送炭”解决一下医药费用，没有想到保险公司告知，这种涉及刑事案件的伤害，不在理赔的范围之内”...

在网上搜索了一下所谓“刑事案件”，得到如下解释——

民事案件指发生在法律地位平等的民事主体之间的争议，当事人无法协商解决，而诉诸司法机关，请求由司法机关受理并就有关民事权利和义务进行廓清和界定的案件,主要指有关财产权益方面的案件如合同纠纷，物权纠纷等以及侵权行为而发生的纠纷，比如殴打他人致轻微伤害（如果伤害严重，则变成刑事案件了）,也包括婚姻、家庭等方面的案件。
刑事案件是指犯罪嫌疑人或者被告人被控涉嫌侵犯了刑法所保护的社会关系，国家为了追究犯罪嫌疑人或者被告人的刑事责任而进行立案侦察、审判并给予刑事制裁（如罚金、有期徒刑、死刑、剥夺政治权利等）的案件。
区别在于，民事案件一般遵循不告不理的原则，即，当事人不主动向国家司法机关请求，国家司法机关一般不介入干预当事人之间的纠纷。而刑事案件一般都有国家刑事司法机关主动介入，受害人或者群众报案、举报后，公安、检察机关即会介入侦查。然后由检察院代表国家对被告人提起公诉，由法院代表法律进行制裁。

有关“意外伤害保险”——意外伤害保险指被保险人遭遇不测, 身体受到伤害, 而由保险人给付保险金的保险．目前许多中小学组织学生参加中小学生意外伤害保险就属这一类．意外伤害保险是将被保险人在遭受意外伤害及其所致的残疾、死亡作为保险范围．所谓意外伤害应当指非所预见、非所意图, 非所期待的事故, 使被保险人死亡、残疾或需要就医治疗时, 由保险人按其受伤害情况, 根据合同约定金额, 给付死亡保险金, 残疾保险金或医疗保险金．

惶恐啊惶恐...“非所预见、非所意图, 非所期待”...

在网上闲逛的时候偶然在新浪博客看到一个有关佛教的博客，兴趣所致浏览了几篇文章，觉得博主能够把藏传佛教抽象深奥的知识与自然科学对比结合起来论述，让人耳目一新！

在我的观念里宗教一直都是思想统治的产物。从直接的思想统治到间接的行为控制，从而形成一个群体性的思想和行为。从原始社会的图腾崇拜到当代社会的三大宗教，宗教本身也随着历史的发展而与时俱进，但从来都不缺少杀戮与鲜血，为什么呢？“政教合一”的必然？物竞天择的驱使？无论是基督教的自我救赎，佛教的涅槃寂静，或是伊斯兰教的六信，都提及并强调与人为善，难道这些鲜血仅仅来自宗教之间彼此的对立？

从心理学角度来说人分为两种——自控型和他控型！对于占了大部分比重的他控型人类来说宗教的存在犹如黑夜里的灯塔...他为我用，把自我的信仰直接用宗教信仰来替代，把个体信仰直接用群体信仰来替换，从而在一个群居的社会中找到认同感和认知感...

但最为遗憾的是在现有的科学框架体系之下既不能证明神的存在，也不能否定神的存在...

就我个人来说对这些东西感兴趣并不是因为我的信仰有什么问题，只是很好奇两个方面——

一、通过科学体系我们认知了自身和世界的存在，那么与科学体系相对应的不同的宗教体系是怎么解释这些存在的

二、宗教都强调一个个人的心灵或者说思想上的或精神上的修炼，目的？方法？目标？

......
